Through the looking glass, this accelerating world is certainly not what it seems.

And Force Effect knows it.

It wants you to know it too, while feeling the thud of its electrostatic beats and the euphoric connection of its ethereal waves. A force to be reckoned with.

Does Force Effect's pixelated face really represent a vacuum of identity that you yourself can fill? Is there a shade of Force Effect within all of us? Force Effect thinks so. And if you think, you are.

Of the instruments you own, which is your favorite?
Reason 4 has proven itself a perfect fit. I love the emulation of gear, even the wiring, and it's a godsend from being forced to buy new hardware to get a specific sound, something that limited and frustrated me in my early production experiments.

What artist would you most like to jam with?
I have no idea what goes on in the minds of Karl Hyde or Rick Smith of Underworld, so them.

What is the best album of the 21st century (so far)?
Possibly 100th Window by Massive Attack or A Hundred Days Off by Underworld. There's so many.

What musician, other than yourself, have you ever wanted to be?
It's more like I'd rather be the movie soundtrack to your most messed up dreams.

What is your all-time favorite album?
I've got the original vinyl of Fluke's Risotto from 1997 framed on my recording studio wall. It had such a heavy influence when I was first learning how to produce back in the early aughties.

What artist would you most like to take a lesson from?
Sitting down with Robert Del Naja and Mike Tournier would be incredible. Until then, I try to study everything I listen to. When Trent Reznor released his audio source, that was almost like a lesson from him in composition, production, and mixing.

What is your dream piece of gear?
How about a decked-out Mac Pro? All eight processors.

What is your favorite party record?
Maybe I'd throw on some Trentemoller to chill or some Bassdrive.com

Who is your favorite vocalist or instrumentalist?
Jan Burton from Syntax is pretty amazing and gives a bass like myself some hope.

What music are you currently listening to?
Year Zero - Force Effect (Remix Album in Progress)

What was the first record you ever bought?
Can't remember. The first I ever noticed was U2's Achtung Baby when I was really young, surely due to the electronica influence. Bono showed me what being a rockstar means too.
